A wtf moment in Chicago

Just saw Thing 2 from "Cat in the Hat" and two guys in tail coats and top hats roller skating through traffic on Clark Street....

Heh. I've had my own WTF Moment. The 18th St Bridge over the Union Station Lead in tracks on the south side of the loop (near chinatown) I saw 2 skinheads walking hand in hand, one with devil horns, the other one with a devil tail...and this was in JULY.
